03
How does the rating system work?
▶
Every game page features a half-star rating system — you can rate from 0.5 to 5.0 in increments. Hover over a star and the left half gives a half-star, the right half gives a full star.
Ratings are submitted instantly and contribute to a live community average displayed on every game card. No login required — your guest session handles everything automatically.

04
Can I request a new game to be added?
▶
Yes. Submit missing titles through the Contact page or the provided request form. All submissions are manually reviewed and verified for accuracy before being added to the database.
This keeps the platform reliable and up-to-date for all users. Include the game's full title, developer, release year, and platform for faster processing.

05
Can I report incorrect or outdated game info?
▶
Absolutely. If you spot outdated release dates, wrong developer credits, or any inaccurate metadata — report it via the Contact page. Verified corrections are implemented promptly to maintain database integrity.
The more detail you provide (what's wrong, what the correct info is, and a source), the faster the fix gets deployed.

◈ AI System
06
How does CyberCarnage AI work?
▶
CyberCarnage AI is powered by a machine learning model optimized for gaming-related queries. Ask it about game titles, platforms, genres, developers, release info — and it responds with structured, markdown-formatted answers in real time.
The AI supports streamed responses, markdown code blocks, tables, and share functionality (WhatsApp, Telegram, Twitter, copy). You get 4 messages per day as a guest — the counter resets every 24 hours.

07
What if the AI is not responding?
▶
First, check your internet connection and verify you haven't hit your daily 4-message limit. If issues persist, reload the page — your session and history remain intact.
Temporary server-side interruptions from the AI provider can occasionally cause delays. These are usually resolved within minutes. If the problem continues, use the Contact page to report it.

The AI is optimized for gaming-focused questions. Best use cases include:
◈ Game recommendations by genre, platform, or year
◈ Developer or publisher history and catalog
◈ Comparing games by mechanics, story, or score
◈ Engine details, release timelines, and sequel info
◈ General gaming trivia and lore questions
Avoid sharing personal, financial, or sensitive information — treat it as a public interface.

09
How do Disqus comments work?
▶
CyberCarnage embeds Disqus on each game's detail page for community discussion. Disqus collects usernames, email addresses, and IP addresses to enable commenting — under their own privacy policy.
Comments are lazy-loaded — they only activate when you click "Load Intel Feed", keeping page load times fast. You retain ownership of your comments and can manage or delete them directly through your Disqus account.

What is a guest UUID and how does it work?
▶
A guest UUID is a small, randomly generated identifier stored locally in your browser. It is not linked to any personal identity — just a way to track your AI session and daily message count without requiring a login.
◈ It resets your AI message counter automatically every 24 hours
◈ Clearing your browser's local storage will reset your UUID and counter
◈ Attempting to generate multiple UUIDs to bypass limits is a Terms violation

18
Why is my API call delayed?
▶
Free tier accounts have a forced latency of 0.8 seconds to prioritize resources for Pro and Business operatives. Upgrade your plan for instant priority execution.
◈ Security
19
Why do I need to enable 2FA?
▶
To protect your API credentials, Two-Factor Authentication (MFA) is mandatory for API access. Your personal API portal will remain locked until security clearance (2FA) is active.
20
What is IP Whitelisting?
▶
Exclusive to the Business Tier, IP Whitelisting allows you to lock your API Key to specific IP addresses, ensuring that your protocol cannot be executed from unauthorized sources.
