Use CyberCarnage AI responsibly — the daily limit is 4 messages per guest session

Do not use the platform to collect, harvest, or scrape user data or proprietary content

Content Ownership

All design, artwork, code, text, AI responses, and branding on CyberCarnage remain the exclusive intellectual property of CyberCarnage and its creator unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Game metadata (titles, descriptions, images) may be sourced from third-party databases and are credited accordingly

Disqus comments are owned by the individual commenter but hosted and moderated via Disqus infrastructure

Unauthorized reproduction, redistribution, or commercial use of platform content is strictly prohibited

Platform Availability

We aim for maximum uptime, but CyberCarnage, the AI service, or Disqus may occasionally experience interruptions.

Planned maintenance may temporarily take sections offline — we'll minimize disruption wherever possible

AI service interruptions may occur due to upstream provider downtime — daily limits still reset as scheduled

No SLA or uptime guarantee is offered — the platform is provided on a best-effort basis

CyberCarnage AI tracks guest UUIDs to enforce the daily 4-message limit — this is not linked to any personal identity

AI messages may be logged temporarily for session management and debugging — they are not permanently archived

Disqus collects IP addresses, usernames, emails, and comment content subject to their own privacy policy

Users may manage or delete their Disqus data directly through their Disqus account settings

Never share sensitive personal, financial, or confidential information with the AI — treat it as a public interface

Guest Sessions & Access

CyberCarnage operates on a zero-login philosophy — most features are available to all visitors as guests without creating an account.

A guest UUID is automatically generated and stored locally in your browser to manage your AI session and daily limits

Clearing your browser's local storage will reset your guest ID and AI message counter

Game ratings you submit are stored per session — they contribute to the community average score immediately

Attempting to spoof or generate multiple guest IDs to bypass AI limits is a violation of these terms
