2. How We Use Your Data

CyberCarnage does not sell, rent, or trade user data. Only limited data may be shared with:

  • Security services (to prevent attacks)

  • Law enforcement (only if legally required)
  • Disqus (if you interact with comments via their platform, Disqus may collect your IP, username, and content)

4. Cookies & Tracking

We use minimal cookies — no marketing trackers, no ad spies. Just essential session cookies and analytics to keep things smooth. CyberCarnage AI uses a small local identifier (guest UUID) to track your session and daily AI usage. Disqus may also use cookies to remember your preferences.

5. Data Retention

We retain your data only as long as needed for security, operations, or AI usage tracking. Chat messages to CyberCarnage AI are stored temporarily to maintain session history and daily limits. Disqus comments are retained by Disqus according to their privacy policy.

6. CyberCarnage AI Guidelines

  • You can interact with the AI up to 4 messages per day.
  • AI messages are generated using a machine learning model; responses are not stored permanently.
  • We may log messages anonymously for debugging or improving AI performance.
  • Do not share personal, sensitive, or confidential information with the AI.

Our website uses Disqus for its comment system. When you interact with Disqus:

  • Disqus may collect your IP address, username, email, and the content of your comments.
  • Your comment data is stored on Disqus servers and subject to their privacy policy.
  • You can manage or delete your Disqus data directly through Disqus.
  • We do not have access to your Disqus password or account credentials.
