1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing CyberCarnage, you confirm that you understand and agree to follow all rules listed here without bypassing or exploiting them. This includes the proper usage of CyberCarnage AI and Disqus comments.

2. User Responsibilities

  • Do not attempt to break or reverse-engineer the website or CyberCarnage AI.
  • Do not spam forms, AI requests, or automate malicious traffic.
  • Respect other users — no harassment, threats, or misuse of Disqus comments.
  • Use CyberCarnage AI responsibly — daily limit is 4 messages per guest.

3. Allowed & Restricted Use

  • You may browse, share, or enjoy the content freely.
  • You may not copy the UI/branding for commercial purposes.
  • You may not run bots, scrapers, exploits, or DDoS tools.
  • Do not misuse CyberCarnage AI or attempt to bypass its daily usage limit.
  • Do not post spam, illegal, or offensive content in Disqus comments.

4. Content Ownership

All design, artwork, code, text, AI responses, and branding on CyberCarnage remain the property of CyberCarnage unless stated otherwise. Disqus comments are owned by the commenter but hosted by Disqus.

5. Availability

We aim for uptime, but servers, AI services, or Disqus may experience downtime. Maintenance, updates, or unforeseen outages may interrupt access.

6. Limitation of Liability

CyberCarnage is not responsible for losses caused by downtime, third-party attacks, AI errors, or user-side technical issues. Disqus is a third-party service; CyberCarnage is not liable for data stored by Disqus.

7. Modifications

We may update terms anytime — major changes will be indicated with a timestamp. Changes may include updates to AI usage policies and Disqus comment rules.

8. CyberCarnage AI & Disqus Notes

  • CyberCarnage AI tracks guest UUIDs to enforce daily limits (4 messages/day).
  • Messages sent to the AI may be logged temporarily for session management and debugging.
  • Disqus collects IP addresses, usernames, emails, and comment content according to their privacy policy.
  • Users may manage or delete their Disqus data directly via Disqus.
  • Respect AI and comment guidelines — do not share sensitive personal information.
